The fee for a Microwaves and Refrigerators are $15 each per day, plus 12.5% sales tax. Available on a first come, first served basis. Only one Microwave and Refrigerator is allowed per room and are available through Star Service Hotline.

Your Loews On-Site Hotel Room key is valid as your Express Access Pass (valid at participating attractions) from the time issued by the front desk until the Universal Orlando theme parks close, the day of your departure. Pre-registering is allowed at the Loews On-Site Hotels the morning of your arrival date; the front desk will issue your room keys to use in the theme parks all day for Express Access, if needed.

- Equal to one night's room rate plus tax.
- The credit card will be charged within 5 business days of the booking date.
- Arrivals within 5 days of booking will have their credit card charged upon hotel check-in; full cancellation policies apply.

- No more than two pets may occupy any one guestroom

- Arrangements must be made with housekeeping for daily room cleaning
- Dogs may be walked in designated areas only
- If the dog’s behavior results in complaints by other guests, the owner may be asked to board the dog in an outside shelter

Complimentary scheduled transportation service is available to SeaWorld Orlando, Aquatica and Wet 'n Wild®. Daily seating is limited and reservations are required 24 hours in advance of service. Upon arrival, visit the Attraction Ticket Center located in each on-site hotel's lobby to make your transportation reservation and obtain your boarding passes.

• Waiver of penalties for cancellation applies to onsite hotel accommodations and Universal Orlando theme park tickets only booked through Loews Hotels at Universal Orlando (Loews Portofino Bay Hotel, Hard Rock Hotel and Loews Royal Pacific Resort), Universal Parks and Resorts Vacations, or any Universal Orlando confirmed or contracted third party vendor. Additional elements including air, car rental or other theme park tickets are separate and not part of this policy.
