GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Rates shown include hotel taxes. Packages and rates are subject to change without notice. Restrictions may apply. Universal Parks & Resorts VacationsSM package prices are guaranteed upon full payment received in the Universal Studios Vacations office. Advance purchase requirements (14 days or more) may be required to secure package rates listed. Minimum 7 days advance purchase required. Universal Parks & Resorts VacationsSM reserves the right to reinvoice your reservation should an error be made in computing your package price. Package inclusions and options subject to change without notice.
HOTELS:
Hotel check-in is usually 3 p.m. Two double beds are standard in the room unless otherwise stated. Charges for in-room safes, rollaway beds and cribs, plus applicable taxes, are not included in the package price and are payable directly to the hotel. Gratuities, parking fees, laundry, telephone calls, meals, beverages, sightseeing or any other incidentals at the hotel are the responsibility of the guest. Adjacent rooms and/or connecting rooms, room locations, accommodations for guests with disabilities, types of bedding and smoking preferences are on a request-only basis and subject to availability at the time of check-in. Please advise us of any special needs at the time of booking.
EXPEDITED SERVICES:
Reservations made 15 days or more prior to arrival: Travel documents will be mailed to the billing address of your credit card 2 to 3 weeks prior to your selected departure date. Reservations made within 13 days of arrival: Travel documents will be delivered to your hotel. Ticket only purchases made 14 days or less prior to arrival: Tickets will be available at the Universal Orlando or Universal Studios Hollywood Guest Services/Will Call. International Guests: All ticket only purchases will be available at the Universal Orlando or Universal Studios Hollywood Guest Services/Will Call and all vacation package documents will be available at the hotel upon arrival.
LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS:
Bookings made within 45 days of departure require a credit card as the only acceptable form of payment. Reservations taken or payments received within 14 days of departure require a late booking fee of $15.00 to cover the cost of standard expedited delivery or hotel drop-off of documentation.
FLIGHT SCHEDULES:
In the event a carrier with whom Universal Parks & Resorts VacationsSM has a contract to perform services is delayed in performance or unable to perform with such aircraft, the provisions of the air carrier tariff shall govern the rights and obligations of both parties. Universal Parks & Resorts VacationsSM is not responsible for airline schedule changes, delays, or cancellations. Seat assignments are not guaranteed. It is the responsibility of USV guests to provide full, legal names of all passengers, including the children's ages at the time of booking.
REVISION FEES:
Once deposit and/or full payment is received, a $25 revision fee per transaction, plus any applicable services fees, will be assessed for any changes made to the reservation including, but not limited to, dates, air carrier, names, hotel, and ground transportation. Once airline reservations have been ticketed, a $125 per person change fee plus a $25 reservation revision fee and any other fees imposed by the airline will be charged and payable prior to new tickets being issued. Original tickets must be returned prior to reissue. Fees are non-refundable. Certain types of airline reservation changes, including name changes, may be prohibited based upon restrictions imposed by the carrier.
