Deposit is required 90 days prior to group arrival. If group arrival is less than 90 days deposit will be due 30 days prior to group arrival or cut-off date, whichever is first.
Attrition concession is subject to 3 years of accurate day by day pickup history from group to hotel prior to hotel submitting contract for client review. Any guest room block reductions after contract is signed will also require a meeting space reduction commensurate to the room block reduction. No attrition until cutoff date concession applies to groups with three or more year’s history. History must be provided prior to hotel generating contract, and room block will be mutually agreeable block.
The 3% credit on actualized guest room revenue concession will be applied to the group master account after group has departed (exclusive of tax).
The 5% credit on actualized banquet F&B revenue concession shall be applied to the group master account upon group departure based on actualized banquet F&B (exclusive of taxes and service charge).
